The Asian Electronic Sports Federation (AESF) is the sole competent authority for electronic sports throughout Asia and is recognised by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) as such. Our partnership is strong and we are on track to revolutionise how Esports is managed over the coming years.

We’ve delivered the Olympics website for Road to Asian Games (RDAG), and the main destination site for AESF with live, integrated competitions, partner portals and membership management.

The main core of the development however revolves around our software/application development of the Esport Management System (EMS). This platform is all-encompassing and a valuable asset for not only competition management but also business operations, sanctions, membership and stakeholder management.

The platforms gather and engage fans worldwide with live scores and streaming, broadcast from the venue, and are managed centrally via the EMS system.

For competition management, the EMS provides:

Centralised live scores, schedules and event details delivered across 2 platforms

Competition Management system for team entries, itineraries, logistics and bracket/qualification systems

Automated entries and auditing, accreditation with in-venue passes and user authentication

Applications and resources hosted and managed via Alibaba Cloud, China

For further operational and business management, the EMS provides:

Management of staff; partners, members, federations, players, officials, publishers and more

Officials and Education - online evaluation and assessment, record of work and assessment reporting

Corporate governance - finance system integration and resolutions, calendar management and AGMs
